As midlife women, we have the resources and lived experience to uplift not only ourselves–but the world–simply by shining our light as whole and expressed leaders and creators.

But there’s a lot that can get in our way as we navigate changes in our body, our work & relationships, and our Why.

We’re quite simply looking for a better way. A life with less pleasing, proving, and perfectionism and more soul, intuition, and pause.

I love Michael Pollan’s Food Rules – it is a great pocket guide with very simple “rules.” You don’t have to follow all of them, and you may not agree with 100% but if you do over 80% of what he says, you are in pretty good shape.

I follow a lot of different people to get a well-rounded perspective and keep up with “the latest.” I particularly like Ari Whitten, Huberman Lab (fellow neuroscientist), Meghan Telpner, Dr. Michael Ruscio, and the “Strong By Design” podcast.
