In the last week, I’ve met some insanely magical women who feel that they’re at the end of their rope, career-wise.
They’re tired of the do-what-it-takes, all-or-nothing hustle that leaves them feeling exhausted.
And they’re finally starting to listen to that voice that says, there’s got to be more to life than this!
* One woman wants to leave her role but is hesitating to pull the trigger until she knows exactly what she wants to do next.
* One woman has already left her job but finds that she’s not putting herself out there like she thought she would–and isn’t sure why.
* One woman has given herself some space to reflect (YAY!) but isn’t sure what specific steps to take in order to create her next dream opportunity.
They’re all looking to redefine success on their terms –and they’re all in transition.
Transitions can be tough but magical. ✨
It’s a time where massive fear meets massive opportunity.
From waking up at 3 am, mind-racing, thinking What am I even doing?, To F* this! I know I’m made for more!
Of course, transitions are also a time when financial resources can feel scarce and we want to pull back our commitments and batten down the hatches in order to weather the impending storm.
But after almost 5 years of coaching clients through these transitions, I can testify that transitions call for investment – of both your time and money.
In order to navigate these chaotic times, you must take clear and positive action!
Not in a I-need-to-fix-myself kind of way but in a way that uncovers your true gifts and RECOGNIZES the impact you’re here to make in the world.
It is only by HONORING your truth that you can powerfully create your next chapter.
And just a quick word about the totally relatable but often doomed impulse to jump quickly from one situation to the next.
If you don’t take the space to process the pain, disappointment, overwhelm, and even shame of your current experience–you are bound to repeat the same choice again.
We’ve all had that friend who despite her positive talk, keeps getting involved with the same wrong guy, right?
Future jobs are relationships too. You want to be sure you’re starting from a clean and healed place.
That you’re creating from WHAT’S POSSIBLE –not just what you want to AVOID.
You can do this alone. I know many smart women who do.
But when time is of the essence, do you really want to be figuring it out?
Or do you want the assurance of a proven system and the supportive guidance, not just from someone like me, but from your own INFINITELY RESOURCED intuition? 💃
No brainer, right?!
If this hits home, let’s talk. And please share this with a friend who might be at a similar crossroads.
I truly believe that we’re not meant to do big things alone! –And thinking we should is often the way we keep ourselves stuck.
Wishing you a year of magical possibilities!
