Did you know 53% of U.S. women say their mental health suffers to the point of burnout because of their jobs, all or some of the time*?

As big as that number is, it’s not very surprising, is it?

It seems like, In addition to the sheer load of responsibilities most of us carry, we also add the heavy load of proving, pleasing, and perfectionism. It’s a double-whammy.

In this article, I was asked by Authority Magazine to share my thoughts about how to beat burnout. Fortunately for all of us, you don’t have to be in burnout to apply these strategies.
